Role Overview

Role Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and technical specifications while following the Stage Gate product development process.
• Create SolidWorks parts, assemblies, and drafts and use PDM Works for traceability and version control.
• Generate BOMs and work with engineering change orders and GD&T requirements.
• Use FEA and other engineering analysis tools to assess structural, thermal, and fatigue performance.
• Apply welding standards to design and drafting and communicate technical work to cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience and Requirements

• The role requires 3–5 years of experience in relevant mechanical design or engineering work.
• Candidates must demonstrate mechanical component and system design capability and fluency in written and spoken English.
• The role requires experience with SolidWorks, PDM Works, BOMs, ECOs, GD&T, FEA, and welding standards.
