The role is for a CAD Designer and Aerospace Engineer working on fixed-wing UAV systems.
The position owns airframe development from concept through flight testing and production.
Programs include ISR, HALE, and cargo UAV platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize fixed-wing airframes for aerodynamics, structures, weight and balance, and propulsion integration.
- Own the lifecycle from CAD design through FEA/CFD analysis, prototyping, and flight testing.
- Lead composite layup, CNC machining, assembly jig, and design-for-manufacturing process development.
- Integrate avionics, ArduPilot or PX4 autopilot systems, and payloads with airframe design.
- Conduct structural and flight-load analysis and investigate test and field failures.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with electronics, software, and manufacturing teams.
- Support customer trials, field deployment requirements, and technical documentation.
