Role Overview
- Platinum & Partners is retained by a well established, high performance proprietary trading firm to hire two C++ Software Engineers at mid and senior level.
- The firm is a globally active quant/systematic prop desk with sophisticated, low latency technology at the core.
- You'll be building new market link connectivity and driving latency reduction across mission critical trading infrastructure.
You Must Have
- C++ experience gained at a hedge fund, prop trading firm or market maker — general tech backgrounds will not be considered
- Hands on low latency or HFT system experience
- Strong networking fundamentals (REST, WebSockets, ideally FIX)
- Based in Europe or the Middle East
Additional Info
- Crypto experience is a strong plus but not essential — systematic/HFT pedigree is what matters.
- Mid Level: 3–5 years, $120,000–$150,000 base + bonus
- Senior: 6+ years, $150,000–$220,000 base + bonus
- Remote first (Europe / Middle East) | Permanent | Relocation to Dubai welcomed
