≥ 3 + years of production-grade modern C++ focused on real-time optimisation.

Strong C skills for legacy integration.

Python scripting know-how (NumPy / SciPy familiarity).

Proven work with high-throughput, low-latency systems ( multithreading, memory tuning ).

Fluency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Professional English communication.

Bonus points: signal-processing ( FFT, spectrograms, OFDM), RF/radar/ML detection, love for electronics.

Creative problem-solver who keeps up to date on their tech-stack.

Ability to own features and drive results together with the team.
