This role is a hybrid technical–commercial leadership position responsible for driving business development and client engagement within Saudi Arabia.
The primary focus is to establish and grow the company’s presence in the Kingdom by developing strategic client relationships and securing EPC and engineering services opportunities across key industrial sectors.
While the role is supported by a strong Control & Instrumentation (C&I) engineering background, its primary emphasis is on business growth, opportunity development, and client acquisition, underpinned by technical credibility and multidisciplinary engineering insight.

Develop and execute a business development strategy for Saudi Arabia.
Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities across sectors including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power & Utilities, Water & Wastewater, and Industrial Infrastructure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients such as Aramco, SABIC, SEC, SWCC, and major EPC contractors.
Lead client engagements, presentations, and solution discussions.
Develop and manage a robust opportunity pipeline.
Support commercial positioning, pricing strategies, and bid/no bid decisions.
Establish strategic partnerships and represent the company at industry events.
Lead or contribute to technical and commercial proposal development.
Translate client requirements into executable engineering scopes.
Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs for tender submissions.
Support contract clarifications and commercial negotiations.
Ensure alignment between technical solutions and commercial strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent), Control & Instrumentation Engineering, or related discipline.
Professional engineering certification or registration (preferred).
Minimum 8–12 years’ experience in C&I engineering and/or engineering services.
Strong technical foundation in industrial control systems.
Proven track record in business development, client engagement or technical sales.
Demonstrated ability to secure new work or contribute significantly to awarded Projects.
Experience within EPC contractors, engineering consulting, or industrial Operators.
Strong exposure to Saudi Arabia or GCC industrial markets.

Provide technical leadership and credibility in C&I systems.
Support solution development, design reviews, and constructability input.
Contribute to functional design specifications and system architecture decisions.
PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems (e.g. Siemens, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Schneider).
Instrumentation design and field implementation.
Control system integration and architecture.
Industrial communication protocols.
Functional safety systems (SIL, IEC 61511 / 61508).

Saudi nationals will be given preference in line with localisation requirements.
Candidates with established networks and relationships in the Saudi market will be highly advantageous.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
