Responsibilities
- Select seasonal collections for women's and kids' categories across represented brands
- Build buy plans reflecting GCC consumer behavior and retail calendar
- Onboard brands onto e commerce platforms and manage vendor accounts
- Negotiate shelf space, placements, and campaign participation with platform buyers
- Monitor platform performance and optimize listings
- Identify and pursue emerging channels like TikTok Shop and Instagram Shopping
- Identify and pitch wholesale/consignment opportunities with physical retailers
- Build and manage relationships with retail buyers and manage reorder cycles
- Collaborate with Marketing team to align product priorities and campaign timing
- Track weekly and monthly sell through by brand, channel, category, and SKU
- Flag slow movers and propose markdown or promotional solutions
- Report directly to Managing Partner with monthly performance dashboard
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands on buying, merchandising, or channel sales experience in the UAE and GCC market
- Proven track record of selecting and managing women's and/or kids' fashion or lifestyle product assortments for the GCC consumer
- Deep understanding of Millennial and Gen Z shopping behavior in the region
- Direct experience onboarding brands onto GCC e commerce platforms (Namshi, Ounass, Noon, Amazon.ae, or Mumzworld)
- Existing relationships with platform buyers, category managers, or retail buyers in the UAE and GCC
- Experience coordinating with or managing influencer and content creator relationships in the region

Role Overview
- We are looking for a hands on Buying & Sales Executive who will be the commercial engine behind our brand portfolio.
- This is not a management role; it is a doing role.
- You will own the full cycle from selecting the right products for the GCC market to getting them listed on the region's leading platforms to driving sell through in both digital and physical channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Select seasonal collections for women's and kids' categories across Manolya's represented brands.
- Build buy plans that reflect the spending patterns and style preferences of Millennial and Gen Z women in the region.
- Onboard Manolya's brands onto the region's key e commerce platforms: Namshi, Ounass, Noon, Amazon.ae, and Mumzworld.
- Manage vendor/seller accounts on each platform, including product listings, content, pricing, promotions, and inventory feeds.
- Negotiate shelf space, featured placements, and campaign participation with platform buyers and account managers.
- Monitor platform performance — sell through, ranking, returns — and continuously optimize listings.
- Identify and pursue emerging channels popular with Gen Z in the region, including TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, and others.
- Identify and pitch wholesale and consignment opportunities with physical retailers across the UAE and GCC.
- Build and manage ongoing relationships with retail buyers and manage reorder cycles.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement, stock levels, and brand presentation.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align product priorities, campaign timing, and channel activity.
- Track weekly and monthly sell through by brand, channel, category, and SKU.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands on buying, merchandising, or channel sales experience specifically in the UAE and GCC market.
- Proven track record of selecting and managing women's and/or kids' fashion or lifestyle product assortments for the GCC consumer.
- Deep understanding of Millennial and Gen Z shopping behavior, brand preferences, and digital consumption habits in the region.
- Direct experience onboarding brands or products onto GCC e commerce platforms (Namshi, Ounass, Noon, Amazon.ae, or Mumzworld).
- Existing relationships with platform buyers, category managers, or retail buyers in the UAE and GCC.
- Experience coordinating with or managing influencer and content creator relationships in the region.
- Background in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or consumer products — ideally across both women's and kids' categories.
- Experience working with international brand principals or distributors across buying and order management.
- Familiarity with GCC retail seasonality and cultural calendar as it applies to product and promotional planning.
- Exposure to physical retail operations including wholesale, consignment, and in store execution.
- Comfortable working in a lean, startup style environment with high ownership and minimal structure.
