Support the Retail Buyer in developing and executing merchandise strategies across assigned brands and categories.
Analyse weekly sales and product performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Assist with seasonal range planning, buying plans and order quantification.
Prepare weekly trade reports, store sales reporting, inventory reporting and post-season analysis.
Manage purchase orders, contracts and product data, ensuring accuracy across all systems.
Coordinate deliveries and work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure stock arrives on time.
Maintain accurate buying plans, product hierarchies and inventory records.
Build strong relationships with brand partners and suppliers to support successful trading outcomes.
Communicate product updates and key information to stores.
Visit stores to gain market insights, understand customer trends and gather feedback from retail teams.
Contribute to ad hoc reporting and cross-functional projects that support the wider Buying team.
Previous experience in a buying office, merchandise or retail support role.
Strong interest in sneakers, fashion, streetwear and product.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical capability.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience using AP21 or a similar retail system is highly regarded.
