AIE Games is hiring a full-time Buyer to join their team on-site in Helensvale, Gold Coast. The role involves managing supplier and customer relationships, forecasting, purchasing, and inventory management.

Responsibilities
- Managing supplier and customer relationships
- Forecasting and purchasing
- Monitoring stock levels
- Reviewing customer trends
- Sourcing and onboarding new suppliers and products

- Managing major account range planning in collaboration with retail buyers
- Supporting inventory management strategies
- Negotiation of contracts, costs and product allocations
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure a smooth supply chain process
Requirements
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision making skills
- Experience in supplier negotiations, purchase order management, and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Knowledge of procurement processes and familiarity with supply chain management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excel proficiency and attention to detail
- Relevant qualifications or experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management
- Experience within the pop culture industry highly preferred
- A passion for tabletop games, collectibles, or gaming related products is a plus

Responsibilities
