Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial services sector.
Proven negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of purchasing best practices and supply chain management principles.
