Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, debone, and portion various meats, poultry, and seafood according to company standards and customer requests
- Operate and maintain meat cutting equipment
- Prepare display cases, label and price products, ensure proper storage and rotation of stock
- Monitor product quality, adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, minimize waste
- Interact with customers, answer product related questions, take special orders
- Support store team in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
- Must be willing to handle pork and other non halal products
- High School or equivalent
- 0 1 year of job related experience in customer service, cash handling, or similar role
- Education or food preparation or meat cutting experience
- Ability to use hand tools, stand or walk for extended periods, lift heavy items, work in cold environments
- Experience in handling and operating Band Saw Machine, Meat Grinder Machine, Meat Slicer Machine
- Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts
- Strong communication, task management, and customer service skills

Role Purpose
- This is a full time, on site Butcher role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutting, grinding and preparing meats for sale.
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment and ensuring displays and signage are accurate and attractive.
- Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying products.
- Performing quality inspections on meats and other products.
- Negotiating and confirming orders with suppliers.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.
- Greeting and speaking to customers, providing advice, answering questions, and accepting orders or payments.
- Coordinating deliveries or order pickups.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to handle pork and other non halal products.
- High School or equivalent.
- 0 1 year of job related experience in customer service, cash handling, or in a similar role.
- Education or food preparation or meat cutting experience.
- Ability to use hand tools, stand or walk for extending periods, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments.
- Experience in handling and operating (Band Saw Machine, Meat Grinder Machine, Meat Slicer Machine).
- Additional training is often required.
- Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.

Pay
