Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Butcher to join our FMCG and meat processing operations in Abu Dhabi.
The candidate will be responsible for meat cutting, cleaning, preparation, and handling while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Cut, clean, trim, debone, and prepare meat as per company requirements
- Handle meat processing and portioning efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of cutting area, tools, and equipment
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times
- Coordinate with packing and delivery teams for order preparation
- Store meat products properly as per company procedures
- Ensure safe handling of knives and cutting equipment
- Support daily production and operational activities
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Butcher required
- Knowledge of meat cutting and processing procedures
- Experience in FMCG, food processing, supermarket, meat shop, or restaurant environment preferred
- Physically fit and able to work in active environment
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
- Basic English communication preferred
Preferred
- Experience in beef, mutton, chicken, or meat processing operations
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
