Butcher

The Butcher will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing meat, poultry according to company standards, customer specifications, and food safety regulations.

Daily tasks include receiving and inspecting products, portioning, cutting, trimming and packing the products, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, and ensuring proper storage and labelling.

The Butcher will interact with internal teams to understand requirements, provide product recommendations, and support efficient service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in meat/poultry preparation, strong knife skills, and knowledge of food safety standards.

• Cut, trim, bone and grind meats such as poultry, beef items.
• Weigh, wrap, label, and pack cuts of meat.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor meat quality and freshness; remove outdated or spoiled products.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Sharpen and maintain knives and other cutting tools.
• Occasionally assist with marinating, or other meat preparations.
• Report/Notify to Production Supervisor or QC if any problems or any issue in production area (Pest, Maintenance or any other food safety deviations)

• Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter.
• Ability to work on-site, stand for extended periods, and Strong knife handling and cutting skills.
• Understanding of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in cold environments and lift heavy objects.
• Good communication skill.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certification in food handling or meat cutting is a plus.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
