Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time.

- The role requires extensive travel across South Mumbai for client and construction-project visits.
Sales Responsibilities
- Develop new opportunities for steel, cement, and construction materials.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, market mapping, and networking.
- Manage lead generation, negotiation, order closure, and payment coordination.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Market and Customer Development
- Build relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects, consultants, dealers, and construction companies.
- Visit ongoing and upcoming construction projects to identify material requirements.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Track competitor pricing, market demand, and project activity.
