Job Duties & Responsibilities

Clean all dirty tables as soon as guests leave

Ensure tables are set & re-set according to specification every time

Maintain floor, patio and restroom cleanliness

Assist with seating guests and running food as required

Maintain dining room & patio cleanliness before/during/end of shift

Put up all dining room chairs & assist in breaking down patio at end of shift
