Role Overview

Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings is seeking a Business Unit Performance Controller for Saudi Arabia.

The role combines performance controlling, finance business partnering, and finance transformation responsibilities.

The position owns financial transparency, business steering, and finance transformation for the Saudi Arabia organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead performance controlling, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and target setting for Saudi Arabia.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic and data-driven business decisions.
  • Partner with country, regional, and business leadership teams on growth, productivity, profitability, cash flow, and margin targets.
  • Lead special projects, business transformation, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Implement advanced analytics, dashboards, self-service reporting, AI-enabled solutions, and standardized processes.
  • Drive data governance, data quality, process harmonization, and finance service delivery improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting guidelines, internal controls, governance, and risk management processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 8 years of experience in performance controlling, operations, finance business partnering, FP&A, or business controlling.
  • Thorough understanding of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, performance management, and profitability steering.
  • Strong business partnering skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience implementing digitalization, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in multinational and matrix organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Experience in project, solutions, services, or technology-driven businesses is advantageous.
  • An MBA, CMA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
