The employer is seeking a commercially driven Business Unit Manager to lead growth for a dental and medical equipment business in the UAE.
The role requires a qualified Dentist with dental industry experience, a UAE market network, and experience in sales, marketing, business development, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and marketing strategy and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop new business across dental clinics, hospitals, healthcare groups, and dental laboratories.
- Manage key accounts and relationships with dentists, clinic owners, and decision-makers.
- Drive product promotion, launches, exhibitions, conferences, and educational events.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and support major projects and commercial agreements.
- Lead and develop the sales and marketing team.
Requirements
- BDS, DDS, DMD, or equivalent dental qualification is mandatory.
- At least five years of UAE experience, preferably in dental equipment or the dental industry.
- Proven sales and business development track record.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE dental market and an established professional network.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Arabic and English are required.
- A UAE driving license is an advantage.
