Role Overview
Lead the growth of the dental and medical equipment business in the UAE.
The role requires a qualified Dentist with dental industry experience, a strong UAE market network, and proven sales, marketing, business development, and team leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and marketing strategy and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop new business across dental clinics, hospitals, healthcare groups, and dental laboratories.
- Manage key accounts and build relationships with dentists, clinic owners, and decision-makers.
- Drive product promotion, launches, exhibitions, conferences, and educational events.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and support major projects and commercial agreements.
- Lead and develop the sales and marketing team.
Mandatory Qualifications
- BDS, DDS, DMD, or an equivalent dental qualification is mandatory.
- At least 5 years of UAE experience.
- Proven sales and business development track record.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE dental market and an established professional network.
- Arabic and English proficiency is required.
Required Capabilities
- Strong commercial, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in dental equipment or the dental industry is preferred.
- A UAE driving license is an advantage.
