7+ years of relevant commercial experience, including significant experience leading diverse teams. Experience in marketing and cross functional teams, leading & coaching sales managers is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, science, business or a related discipline. Advanced business education is an advantage.
Fluent English. Ability to operate effectively across the UK & Ireland and in an international matrix environment.
Strong business acumen and a track record of building and executing successful growth strategies in a demanding market, preferably within medical devices or healthcare.
Proven record of building high-performing teams, developing individuals and managers, creating engagement, managing performance and establishing succession depth.
Demonstrated capability in strategic planning, forecasting, P&L management, pricing, negotiation, customer segmentation, key account development and commercial execution.
Proven ability to influence senior internal stakeholders, key opinion leaders, economic buyers, external agencies, procurement bodies and industry organisations.
