Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and performance of the assigned business unit
- Ensure targets, service standards, and client satisfaction goals are met
- Manage and guide a sales and service team
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to drive revenue and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with real estate market dynamics in Dubai and regulatory requirements is an advantage
- Comfort using CRM systems, productivity tools, and digital collaboration platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field

Role Description
- This is a part time, hybrid Business Unit Manager role based in Dubai, with flexibility to work both on site and from home.
- The Business Unit Manager will oversee daily operations and performance of the assigned business unit, ensuring targets, service standards, and client satisfaction goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Managing and guiding a sales and service team, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to drive revenue and operational efficiency.
- Coordinating with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
- Supporting business development, nurturing key client relationships, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and service quality.
Qualifications
