- Develop and execute business unit strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross functional teams to achieve operational and financial targets
- Monitor business performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for growth
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation within the business unit
- Drive operational excellence by improving processes, productivity, and efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning and business development
- Identify market trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
- Prepare and present performance reports, business reviews, and strategic recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business management, operations management, or a leadership role
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Excellent leadership, team management, and decision making skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast paced environment
- Experience in strategic planning and business development is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools
