Requirements

- Excellent leadership, team management, and decision making skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast paced environment
- Experience in strategic planning and business development is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools
