Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and results driven Business Unit Manager to lead and oversee the performance, growth, and strategic direction of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor business unit performance through KPIs, financial reports, and operational metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business management, operations management, or a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent leadership, decision making, and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and deliver business results.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
