Responsibilities
- Develop and execute oncology and hematology business strategy across Gulf markets aligned with global priorities
- Own and manage full P&L responsibility for the oncology business
- Lead and integrate sales and marketing functions to drive execution excellence
- Lead end to end launch planning and execution for new oncology and hematology assets
- Partner closely with medical, regulatory, market access and supply chain teams
- Build, lead and inspire a high performing, diverse team across multiple Gulf markets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in scientific or business discipline strongly preferred
- Extensive experience in oncology and/or hematology with strong track record
- Deep scientific understanding of oncology including disease biology and treatment paradigms
- Significant senior leadership experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial roles (sales and marketing)
- Demonstrated P&L management experience with consistent delivery of business results
- Strong track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management in oncology
- Experience in Gulf markets highly preferred

Business Unit Director
- Responsible for leading oncology and hematology portfolio across Gulf markets
- Full P&L accountability and leads cross functional teams
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute oncology and hematology business strategy across Gulf markets
- Identify growth opportunities including lifecycle management and new indications
- Lead long range planning, forecasting and portfolio prioritization
- Own and manage full P&L responsibility for the oncology business
- Deliver revenue, profitability and market share targets
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI
- Lead and integrate sales and marketing functions
- Oversee brand strategy, campaign development and omnichannel customer engagement
- Ensure strong field force effectiveness
- Lead end to end launch planning and execution for new assets
- Partner with global and regional teams for localization of launch strategies
- Partner closely with medical, regulatory, market access and supply chain teams
Key qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred
- Extensive experience in oncology and/or hematology
- Deep scientific understanding of oncology
- Proven ability to translate complex scientific insights into commercial strategies
- Significant senior leadership experience in pharma or biotech commercial roles
- Demonstrated P&L management experience
- Strong track record of successful product launches in oncology
- Experience in Gulf markets highly preferred
- Established knowledge of key stakeholders in Gulf region
