Role overview
Dynamix Agitators is seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Business Systems & Project Manager.
The role drives operational improvement by managing cross-functional execution and improving the digital systems that support work.
This is a practical position combining project management, business systems analysis, and operational process improvement.
What you’ll do
- Lead cross-functional internal projects from planning through execution.
- Translate business needs into tasks, workflows, timelines, and accountability.
- Coordinate people and priorities across departments to keep projects moving.
- Create structure, follow-up, and visibility around deliverables.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Help develop, optimize, and integrate digital systems across the company.
- Support improvements in tools, workflows, reporting, and internal communication.
- Work with leadership to prioritize initiatives and align projects with business goals.
- Bridge operational needs and system improvements in a practical way.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in a growing manufacturing business.
