About the role
The Business Systems Project Coordinator supports Avmax's Business Intelligence team and direction-setting initiatives for growth and operational excellence.
The role connects business stakeholders with software developers to support software execution, issue resolution, milestone management, reporting, data entry, and process mapping.
The position reports directly to the Director of Business Intelligence.
Employment and location
- Employment type is full-time temporary.
- The role is located in Calgary, Alberta.
Core responsibilities
- Create and maintain project plans, milestones, deadlines, task tracking, and process documentation.
- Oversee operational software implementation and maintain understanding of business processes, ERP and CRM modules, databases, and integrations.
- Develop software training materials and communicate progress, issues, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance, cost-efficiency, and risk reports using analytics and visualization tools.
- Provide help desk support, test new functionality, resolve technical issues, and handle general software inquiries.
