Role overview
The Business Systems Manager leads business systems strategy, data analytics, reporting, and process optimization.
The role partners with organizational leaders to improve systems, data governance, and scalable solutions.
The position oversees ERP, CRM, BI, integrations, continuous improvement, and end-user adoption.
Core responsibilities
- Develop the business systems strategy and roadmap.
- Define requirements and prioritize initiatives with business leaders.
- Lead business intelligence, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Oversee dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Establish data governance standards.
- Manage system architecture, integrations, and platform improvements.
- Drive process improvement and system performance optimization.
- Resolve system, process, and data issues through root-cause analysis.
- Oversee enhancement requests, projects, and operational support.
- Manage communication, documentation, testing, change, and user adoption.
Compensation
- Base salary is CAD 110,000 to CAD 130,000 annually.
- An annual bonus opportunity and annual performance review are provided.
