As the Newest Member of our Team, You’ll

Collaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional development teams, and internal technical and business partners to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, and to design and implement technology and systems improvements including high-level architectures aligned with business needs and strategies for new projects, system enhancements, or process improvements.

Work in partnership with security and compliance teams to identify vulnerabilities, mitigate risks, and ensure solutions meet control and compliance requirements.

Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and support clear communication and process improvement.

Develop and maintain acceptance criteria, requirements specifications, use cases, process models, flowcharts, data models, and other documentation to support current and proposed solutions.

Assist in the design of technology solutions that align with business requirements by working with various business and delivery teams to ensure good, solid, well-written requirements that allow IT delivery teams to create solutions aligned to those requirements.

Aid in the testing process by reviewing and validating test cases, participating in testing support activities, and documenting test results. This may include functional, user acceptance, and regression testing.

Communicate business requirements and functional specifications for the design and implementation of business solutions to multiple development teams.

Analyze the viability of the solution to meet delivery timelines, and quality.

Support business processes and technical teams throughout all project phases, including solutions that span multiple business functions.

Drive end to end delivery working with the integrated development and QA teams ensuring delivery stays on track, defects.

To Succeed, You Bring

College diploma or university degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or related field.

3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a significant portion in pension system including proven track record of successfully managing initiatives.

Expertise in pension software systems, database management and Azure Cloud technologies.

Collaboration/negotiation skills, communication (delivering information concisely, directly and clearly to all related parties), problem solving (critical mindset and creative approach to solutions).

Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Knowledge of Oracle DB, SQL Server and Azure cloud technologies.

A solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile and Waterfall), and integration methods.

An in-depth understanding of business processes, industry trends, and the ability to align technology solutions with long-term business goals.

The target hiring salary for this position is $96,800 - $113,800. Placement within our salary range will be based on factors such as internal equity, market conditions, and the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
