Position Overview

  • We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support Calian’s recruitment transformation initiative.
  • Focus on implementation and ongoing configuration of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Translate recruiting and business requirements into scalable, compliant, and user friendly system configurations.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with business groups to translate requests into technical solutions and configure Avature for approved changes.
  • Troubleshoot end user requests and resolve workflow and configuration issues.
  • Facilitate configuration reviews, prioritization, and approval processes with the business.
  • Manage and track a backlog of configuration requests, including testing and closure with stakeholders.
  • Follow change management processes for configuration updates and adhere to Information Systems policies.
  • Triage approved changes using internal and Avature ticketing systems.
  • Participate in user forums and knowledge sharing communities.
  • Monitor application and technology innovations and inform stakeholders of new capabilities.
  • Support merger and acquisition activities including onboarding new entities and consolidating job requisitions into Avature.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training for new users.
  • Coordinate software releases, refreshes, and related communications for Avature environments.
  • Support integration and interface changes.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in recruitment, recruitment operations, HR, or Talent Acquisition.
  • 2–3 years of experience in software development or system configuration.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Innovative and forward thinking mindset toward technology and data governance.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Commitment to compliance, data integrity, and governance standards.

Compensation

  • $70,000 to $100,000 per year.
