About the Role
Calian Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the implementation and configuration of a new Applicant Tracking System (Avature). You will translate recruiting requirements into system configurations, manage configuration requests, and ensure data governance.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with business groups to translate requests into technical solutions and configure Avature for approved changes.
- Troubleshoot end user requests and resolve workflow and configuration issues.
- Facilitate configuration reviews, prioritization, and approval processes with the business.
- Manage and track a backlog of configuration requests, including testing and closure with stakeholders.
- Follow change management processes for configuration updates and adhere to Information Systems policies.
- Triage approved changes using internal and Avature ticketing systems.
- Participate in user forums and knowledge sharing communities.
- Monitor application and technology innovations and inform stakeholders of new capabilities.
- Support merger and acquisition activities including onboarding new entities and consolidating job requisitions into Avature.
- Coordinate onboarding and training for new users.
- Coordinate software releases, refreshes, and related communications for Avature environments.
- Support integration and interface changes.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in recruitment, recruitment operations, HR, or Talent Acquisition
- 2–3 years of experience in software development or system configuration
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technologies
- Innovative and forward thinking mindset toward technology and data governance

- Focus on implementation and ongoing configuration of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Compensation
- $70,000 to $100,000 per year.
