People Corporation seeks a Business Systems Analyst to manage requirements solicitation and work with Account Directors, Product Owners, and Developers. The role involves process analysis, data analysis, and systems analysis in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to facilitate, interview, extract, and document detailed functional and non functional requirements
- Liaise with business stakeholders to understand industry trends and business priorities
- Work in an Agile, iterative environment, supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, and continuous delivery
- Define and communicate system requirements at appropriate level of detail
- Analyze and conceptualize solution design with Solution Architects, Vendors, Developers, and QA
- Support backlog grooming, prioritization, sprint planning, and release planning activities
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to define API requirements, data contracts, integration specifications, and data exchange processes
- Document system interactions, integration workflows, and data mappings
- Coordinate and support Quality Assurance, including test case creation, defect triage, business validation, and sign off activities
- Assist with creation of test strategies, test plans and test summary reports
- Ensure security, privacy, and compliance considerations (e.g., HIPAA, PIPEDA) are reflected in solution requirements
- Engage and coordinate with external vendors and integration partners
Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration or Computer Science
- 5+ years progressive experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Solution Analyst in a software development environment
- Strong business side knowledge of the health and wellness space
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of ETL processes, tools and practices
- Ability to communicate complex and technical information to peers and business audience
- Ability to prioritize, multi task and work as a member of a team and independently
- Advanced analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation
- Flexible and comfortable in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Awareness of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance frameworks in health/wellness technology

Role Overview
- As a Business Systems Analyst, you manage the functional & non functional requirements solicitation & requirements management process.
- You are responsible for process analysis, data analysis and systems analysis.

Salary Range
- The base salary for this position is between $70,000 $95,000 annually.
