Role Summary
The Business Systems Analyst reports to the Service Delivery Manager.
The role manages client accounts and supports ongoing product development across the company’s product suite.
The BSA serves as the primary liaison between clients and Development, QA, and Engineering teams.
Client and Delivery Management
- Lead regular client status meetings and track bugs, backlog items, enhancements, and professional services opportunities.
- Act as Tier 1 support and primary client contact, responding according to contractual SLAs.
- Coordinate Severity 1 production issues with Engineering and QA while maintaining continuous client communication.
- Deliver client training, coordinate releases, and prepare release notes with deployment steps.
