Pay details

• The base pay range is $69,700 to $98,400 CAD.
• The role is eligible for discretionary variable compensation based on business and individual performance.

Department and role

Business systems analysis

• Plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and manage system requirements.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Provide operational and process analysis and support while building relationships with stakeholders.
• Support technology initiatives and onboardings and ensure solutions meet TD standards.
• Manage application configuration changes, upgrades, and migration changes.
• Define requirements, perform data and impact analysis, develop test plans, and support user acceptance testing.
• Research system capabilities and recommend technology solution options with architects and solution designers.
• Track project progress and risks and support current-state and desired-state process changes.
• Assess impacts to work processes, systems, and integrations and maintain expertise in relevant technologies and business domains.
• Lead problem resolution using analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree or technical certificate is helpful; a business or technology focus is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• SDLC and Agile methodology experience.
• Experience managing and working with SaaS applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of investment banking, technology trends, industry practices, and finance-technology intersections.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining partner satisfaction and timely execution.
• Understanding of AI infrastructure is an asset.
