Role overview
The Business and Systems Analyst acts as the link between Product and Engineering teams.
The role translates business requirements into clear system requirements and supports delivery of trading-platform solutions.
Compensation
- The stated compensation is AED 20,000 to AED 25,000, with no payment cadence specified.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business and system requirements from Product and technical stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Work with developers and technical teams to clarify requirements and support solution design.
- Manage and maintain the development backlog in line with the product roadmap.
- Document business processes, system workflows, and data mapping across trading platforms.
- Support UAT, testing, and validation of new features, integrations, and system changes.
- Identify system and process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Create and maintain user guides, technical and business documentation, and knowledge bases.
- Support communication and change management between Product, Engineering, and business teams.
- Use AI/LLM tools to improve requirements analysis, documentation, test design, and data mapping.
