Responsibilities
- Serve as the internal resource for business systems, Microsoft 365, ERP, Power Platform, and reporting tools
- Act as the primary liaison between the business and external IT service providers
- Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and other reporting tools
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Power Automate and other low code solutions
- Evaluate, implement, and promote AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to improve productivity
- Partner with department leaders to improve workflows and business processes
- Coordinate software implementations, licensing, and vendor relationships
- Train and support employees on business systems, reporting, automation, and AI technologies
- Maintain documentation, data quality, and technology governance standards
Requirements
- 3 7 years of experience in Business Systems, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field
- Experience with Power BI and data visualization
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
