Key Responsibilities
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements using industry best practices.
Analyze existing systems and propose improvements for efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
Develop business process models, workflows, and system use cases.
Support testing, UAT, and implementation to ensure requirements are met.
Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 3 5 years of experience in business and systems analysis.
Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and modeling.
