Role Summary
Drive data-informed decision making by translating business needs into clear requirements and scalable Power BI solutions. You will own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle—from discovery and requirement gathering to data modeling, dashboard development, governance, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements & Analysis Lead workshops, interviews, and process mapping (BPMN) to capture business goals, KPIs, and pain points. Produce BRDs/FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process/data flow diagrams. Perform gap, feasibility, and cost–benefit analyses; conduct root-cause analysis using data.

- Perform gap, feasibility, and cost–benefit analyses; conduct root-cause analysis using data.
- Data & BI Delivery Define metrics and data contracts; translate KPIs into semantic models and datasets. Build Power BI dashboards and paginated reports with robust DAX measures and Power Query (M). Design star/snowflake models; optimize relationships, aggregations, and query performance. Implement row-level security (RLS), certified datasets, and deployment pipelines in Power BI Service. Manage workspaces, gateways, refresh schedules, and versioning; coordinate releases and UAT.
- Define metrics and data contracts; translate KPIs into semantic models and datasets.
- Build Power BI dashboards and paginated reports with robust DAX measures and Power Query (M).
- Design star/snowflake models; optimize relationships, aggregations, and query performance.
