Responsibilities
- Participate in the development, implementation, and execution of business system strategies.
- Support the team in documenting functional and technical requirements for changes or new features.
- Create, develop, implement, and use application test scripts.
- Perform and document application tests according to results.
- Assist the development team in reproducing anomalies encountered by clients and during testing.
- Follow up with the development team to ensure correction of identified anomalies.
- Perform level 2 client support.
- Responsible for certain configurations of ERP and WMS systems.
- Responsible for compliance and promotion of the PMO's SDLC.
- Collaborate effectively with all team members and other teams.
- Document various user and administrative functionalities.
- Other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- DEC in computer science, logistics, or administration; equivalent work experience acceptable
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, functional and technical requirements gathering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
- Fluency in French and English, both oral and written
- Excellent communication skills with external clients and internal teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Good understanding of sales, distribution, and logistics in a B2B environment
- Experience with SX/TWL is an asset

About the Role
