About the Role
Sonepar Canada seeks a Business System Analyst to test software modifications, analyze business system features, and provide level 2 support. The role involves creating test scripts, performing application tests, and assisting the development team.

Responsibilities
- Participate in development, implementation and execution of business system strategies
- Create, develop, implement and use application test scripts
- Perform and document application tests according to results
- Assist development team in recreating anomalies encountered by customers and during testing
- Follow up with development team to ensure anomalies are corrected
- Assist team to document requirements for changes or new features
- Perform level 2 customer support
- Responsible for some configuration of the ERP system
- Follow and promote the SDLC of the ERP development team
- Collaborate effectively with all team members
- Document different user and administrative features
Requirements
- DEC in computer science, logistics or administration; or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing
- Must speak fluently and read/write in both English and French
- Excellent client facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational and time management skills including attention to detail
- Good understanding of Sales/Distribution in a B2B environment
- Experience with SX/TWL, Epicor Eclipse, or Rubicon is an asset
