Position Overview

  • This position will support the analysis and assessment of data within PSM and effectively communicate that information to necessary parties (i.e. Order Management, Commercial).
  • This position will be involved with and serve as a back up business support point and will provide back up coverage for critical off SAP sample fulfillment.

Major Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Support the analysis and assessment of data within Planning and Product Supply (PPS) and effectively communicate that information to necessary parties (i.e., Order Management, Commercial).
  • Support PPS analysis, assessment and reporting of necessary information related to sales orders (including supply issues, lead time issues, late order availability, etc.)
  • SAP sample order entry to support internal production trials for Innovation Team & replenish SDF off SAP sample inventory. This can include working with master data to create material numbers, update JTS, extend material numbers and reviewing production status
  • Support Safety Stock and inventory review as well as forecast and release analysis
  • Support all regional communications; Facilitate communications and support questions from other regions OM / CO colleagues regarding NA SF lead times, expedites, date management and other related topics
  • Hypercare Export orders for proper date maintenance and order changes
  • Coordination of data for daily PPS meeting (incoming orders, expedites, etc.). Maintain shared file on Teams
  • Support monthly health checks on sales order for date maintenance issues
  • Act as back up for rebate management
  • Coordinating dispute resolution
  • Ensuring master data properly set up for new incoming orders, following up on proper lead time is being managed by MD, OM and CO
  • Support CO on entering approved Debits/credits for customers

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of relevant experience; OR Associate’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; OR High School diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years SAP experience, preferably in OM / Supply Chain role
  • Experience in Supply Chain Function / Order Management

Knowledge And Skills

  • Strong job performance in all areas with increasing role responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of order management, logistics, product planning, customer relationships
  • Proficient data collecting skills, analytical skills and ability to present / report data clearly and concisely
  • Experience working with forecasts, safety stock, inventory allocation
