Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business support operations and administrative functions
- Provide operational support to senior management and business teams
- Coordinate cross functional projects and business initiatives
- Develop and improve internal processes, workflows, and reporting systems
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and performance updates
- Manage documentation, records, and operational procedures
- Support budgeting, resource planning, and vendor coordination
- Monitor key business activities and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist leadership teams with strategic planning and decision making support
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business support, operations, administration, or related roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience supporting senior management or leadership teams preferred
