About the Role

  • We are seeking an organized and proactive Business Support Manager to oversee business support functions and ensure efficient day to day operations across the organization.
  • In this role, you will coordinate administrative processes, support business initiatives, improve operational workflows, and work closely with multiple departments to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily business support and administrative operations.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Coordinate cross functional activities and support key business initiatives.
  • Monitor operational performance and prepare reports for management review.
  • Assist with budgeting, resource planning, and operational administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Support project coordination, documentation management, and business reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization.

  • Proven experience in Business Support, Operations Management, Administration Management, or related leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and business reporting tools.
