Role Description
- This part time BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER role at R&D Asesores en Gestión Humana is a hybrid position based in Dubai, with a mix of on site and work from home responsibilities.
- The role focuses on supporting business operations by coordinating day to day administrative and operational activities, monitoring workflows, and helping ensure that projects and services are delivered on time and within agreed standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with financial tracking, basic budgeting tasks, and preparation of management reports and dashboards to support decision making.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, preparing presentations and business documents, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, supporting the implementation of operational best practices, and providing general support to leadership to help achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed recommendations.
- Proficiency in Operations Management to coordinate daily activities, streamline processes, and monitor performance metrics.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Budgeting to assist with cost tracking, variance analysis, and basic financial reporting.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Proven organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a part time schedule.
- Comfort with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, online project or task management platforms).
- Previous experience in a business support, coordination, or operations role, preferably within professional services or consulting environments.
- Relevant post secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
