Omnia Ascent is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and multi-skilled Business Support & Documentation Specialist.
The position supports management and project teams with business documentation, presentations, quotations, pre-qualification documents, correspondence, and digital content.
This is a multi-functional office position focused on documentation, business support, and company presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and format official company letters, correspondence, and documents.
- Prepare and update quotations, proposals, and pre-qualification documents.
- Prepare and maintain company profiles, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Prepare ID cards, business cards, email signatures, and other company materials.
- Handle and organize documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Prepare Excel sheets, reports, trackers, and templates.
- Support basic graphic design and document layout using CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Assist in managing and updating the company's LinkedIn and Instagram accounts.
- Maintain organized digital folders, templates, company documents, and records.
- Support management and project teams with urgent documentation requirements.
- Coordinate information collection and complete documents on time.
