Responsibilities
- Support month end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in line with company policies and IFRS standards
- Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and highlight variances with actionable insights
- Assist in preparing financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Partner with operational teams to provide financial guidance and cost optimization strategies
- Analyze financial performance trends and provide recommendations to improve efficiency
- Support forecasting and budgeting processes for assigned departments
- Assist stakeholders in understanding financial implications of business decisions
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and audit requirements
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen financial controls
- Utilize financial systems and tools to extract and analyze data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business support roles
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID
- Must be under family sponsorship or freelance visa able to provide secondment paper

Role Overview
- The Business Support & Financial Control Analyst will provide critical financial oversight and business support to ensure effective cost management, accurate reporting, and compliance with internal controls.
- This role will support operational and finance teams by delivering timely analysis, improving financial processes, and assisting in decision making during a high demand period.

Qualifications & Experience
