Responsibilities
- Sales + Client Relationship/Client Account management role focusing on services like Business Setup/Company formation
- Build strong relationships with all types of customers; identify needs to promote company's solutions
- Contribute to sustaining and growing business; achieve sales targets on monthly basis
- Expand effective relationships with Referral Agents and bring in new clients
- Efficient on boarding of new clients through all channels
- Proficient reception of new requests, order modifications, complaints by clients
- Acquire thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Promote company's services with prospect/existing clients
- Assist as professional link of communication between clients and internal team members
- Ensure client satisfaction on all paid services without delays, mistakes, miscommunications
- Work with operations, finance, managers, marketing, and other departments to ensure quality service delivery
Requirements
- Min. 6 months to 1 year work experience in same field as My Business Consulting DMCC (business setup, corporate services)
- Proficiency in oral and written English language is mandatory
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced computer user
- Smart professional appearance at all times
- Highly independent, can work under pressure and dedicated

Position
- My Business Consulting DMCC is a multiple award winning corporate services firm, headquartered in Dubai, UAE. The company specializes in designing and developing bespoke solutions for Business Setup, Immigration Support, Corporate Banking, Corporate Finance, Tax Compliance and Second Citizenship pro
- We are looking for Corporate Services Executive (a sales role) with proven records of UAE and International experience in corporate services.

Job responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with all types of customers. Identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
- The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long term success with main responsible of development and achievement of sales target on monthly basis.
- Expanding effective relationships with Referral Agents and bringing in new clients
- Efficiency on boarding of new clients through all channels mentioned above
- Proficient reception of new requests, order modifications, complaints by the respective clients
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and promotes companies’ services
- Promote our company’s services with prospect/existing clients may it be from the company’s marketing efforts or personal contacts
- Assist as the most professional and efficient link of communication between clients and all internal My Business Consulting DMCC team members.
- Ensure client satisfaction on all paid services, without any delays, mistakes, and miscommunications.
- Working with operations team, finance team, managers, marketing team, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of services are being delivered and all client needs met.
Requirements
