A junior consultant mainly
supports senior consultants
while handling basic client interaction and execution tasks.
1. Client Handling & Sales Support
- Talk to leads (calls, WhatsApp, meetings)
- Understand client requirements (business setup, investment, etc.)
- Present services, packages, and pricing
- Convert leads into clients
2. Business Setup And Advisory Support
- Guide clients on:
- Company formation (mainland, free zone, offshore)
- Visa processes
- Licensing requirements
- Coordinate with PROs, banks, and government entities
Skills Required
- Strong communication & sales skills
- Basic business knowledge (UAE laws, company setup)
- Negotiation skills
- CRM / Excel / reporting basics
- Confidence + client-facing personality
- **Russian language proficiency is a plus**
