The role is responsible for managing complex company formation and compliance tasks across multiple jurisdictions.
The position ensures requirements are complete, accurate, and aligned with regulatory and authority expectations.
The executive collaborates closely with legal and compliance teams to validate documentation, manage workflows, and mitigate risks.
1. Client Portfolio & Case Management
- Manage formation, renewal, amendment, and restructuring tasks.
- Handle a designated portfolio of clients with day‑to‑day case coordination.
- Communicate client requirements and documentation needs clearly to the legal/compliance function.
- Escalate complex, high‑risk, or blocked cases for structured resolution.
2. Compliance Documentation & Filings
- Prepare and submit legal, licensing, and compliance documentation in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Liaise with government portals, external service providers, and authorities as required.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy in documentation and ensure internal records are updated.
- Coordinate with legal/compliance teams to obtain required documentation for complex or high‑risk cases.
3. Regulatory Awareness & Risk Escalation
- Stay updated on changes in formation and compliance rules.
- Identify operational, legal, or compliance risks and escalate appropriately.
- Provide internal feedback to improve document formats, SOPs, and workflows.
- Escalate unresolved issues, delays, or conflicting interpretations for alignment.
4. Quality Review & Internal Coordination
- Conduct spot checks and peer reviews for junior team members.
- Collaborate closely with legal/compliance teams on complex structures or documentation exceptions.
- Provide early visibility on potential delays, authority challenges, or dependencies impacting timelines.
- Flag recurring documentation errors or procedural issues for escalation.
5. Project Contributions
- Support or lead internal departmental projects as assigned.
- Provide recommendations for policy changes, authority updates, or procedural efficiencies.
- Contribute to monthly closure deadlines, SLA tracking, and system improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years’ experience in company formation and compliance services.
- Proven ability to handle complex, multi‑jurisdictional structures.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and authority requirements.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and discretion.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Office, and document tracking tools.
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
