Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads and conduct meetings in person and online with potential clients to understand their business needs and present appropriate setup/expansion plans
- Identify new business opportunities including new clients, markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services
- Present tailored recommendations to leads based on their business activities, requirements and market opportunities
- Assess and prepare all required documentation for the business setup process
- Manage client portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction and promote referrals
- Maintain the CRM and all internal systems updated
- Be aware of changes to government policies, regulations, processes, etc.
- Liaise with the client to keep them informed of the status and progress of their application
- Attend networking events to promote our services
- Manage partner relationships to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare and present monthly sales reports
- Share insights with the marketing team to improve performance and enhance lead quality
Requirements
- Experienced in the same field or Minimum 1 year of experience in sales background (service sectors, telecom, banking & finance)
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to providing great customer service

- Expertise in UAE Business Setup: In depth knowledge of intricacies of setting up a business in the UAE is preferred.
- Manage incoming leads and conduct meetings in person and online with potential clients to fully understand their business needs and present the appropriate setup/expansion plan.
