Role Overview

  • The Sales Consultant is the frontline revenue driver at Emirates First.
  • You will engage prospective clients, understand their business objectives, and present the most appropriate Freezone or Mainland setup solution.
  • This is a high activity, results oriented role suited to individuals who are confident on the phone, sharp in on site consultation, and driven by closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to warm and cold leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to initiate consultation conversations.
  • Understand client business needs and recommend the most suitable Freezone or Mainland license structure.
  • Deliver clear, compelling, and tailored pitches that articulate Emirates First's value proposition.
  • Follow up consistently with all prospects in the pipeline to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date CRM records, daily call logs, and pipeline reports.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including call volumes, response ratios, and lead conversion targets.
  • Liaise with the operations and processing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding post sale.
  • Attend team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews punctually and prepared.
  • Represent Emirates First professionally at all client touchpoints — verbal, written, and in person.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in business setup or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with UAE Freezones and Mainland regulations is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English is required.
