About the Role
Markef Consultancy is looking for an experienced Business Setup Advisor to lead sales teams, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships in the UAE market. The role requires sales experience in business setup or corporate services and knowledge of UAE business setup processes.

Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market presence and revenue
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure consistent, high quality client engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Train, mentor, and coach sales executives to enhance performance and productivity
- Coordinate closely with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management
- Ensure compliance with UAE business setup regulations and internal company policies
