We are expanding our team and looking for driven, confident, and results-oriented
Role Overview
As a Business Consultant Executive, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire UAE business setup process—mainland & free zone company formation, documentation, visa processing, and related services.
You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients choose the right structure and ensuring smooth onboarding.
This is a
target-driven role
with great earning potential through commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential clients across UAE & international markets.
- Provide consultation on
- business setup options
- (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
- Understand client requirements and suggest the best jurisdiction, activity, and license structure.
- Explain complete pricing, procedures, timelines, and required documentation.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and CRM updates consistently.
- Coordinate with PRO and operations team for document collection, government submissions, and visa processing.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to support renewals, upsell services, and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent Noble Core professionally across calls, meetings, and events.
Requirements
- Minimum 2
- –4 years of experience
- in UAE business setup or related sales roles (banking, insurance, real estate, credit cards).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to convert leads through persuasive, structured communication.
- Good understanding of UAE licensing, free zones, and compliance processes (preferred).
- Must be proactive, target-driven, and motivated by commissions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiar with CRM tools (Zoho experience is an advantage).
- Fluent in English and Arabic is must.
