- Consult with clients to understand their business activities and requirements
- Advise clients on the most suitable company structure (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
- Explain licensing options, visa processes, and legal requirements
- Prepare and process all documentation for company formation
- Coordinate with government authorities and free zones for approvals
- Manage end to end business setup process for clients
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide after sales support
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated with UAE laws, regulations, and business setup procedures
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in business setup / corporate services / sales (UAE preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE company formation (Mainland & Free Zones)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines
- Sales driven with a target oriented mindset
- Hindi speaker

Job Summary
- The Business Setup Consultant is responsible for assisting clients in establishing their businesses in the UAE.
- This includes advising on company formation options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore), handling documentation, and ensuring a smooth and compliant setup process.
Key Responsibilities
